3月25日、大阪大学にて卒業式・修了式が挙行されました。ご卒業・ご修了、誠におめでとうございます。
本研究室からは、博士前期課程（修士）5名、学士6名が新たに巣立ちました。
工学研究科では集合写真用の記念プレートをご用意いただいておりましたが、あいにくの雨天により、現地での撮影は叶いませんでした。そこで今回は、生成AI（Gemini / Nanobanana）を用いて、当日の集合写真の再現を試みました。
本ページの「一枚目」は雨中の記念プレート、「二枚目」は昨夏に卒業アルバム用として撮影した研究室集合写真、そして掲載しているもう一枚が生成AIによる画像です。特に2列目以降のメンバーについても、表情や階段上での立ち位置が自然に再現されており、興味深い結果となりました。
天候には恵まれませんでしたが、このような形で当日の記録を残すことができたことも、また一つの思い出となることでしょう。
On March 25, the graduation and degree conferral ceremony of The University of Osaka was held. Congratulations to all graduates.
From our laboratory, five students completed the Master’s Program, and six students graduated from the Undergraduate Program.
Although a commemorative panel for group photos had been prepared by the Graduate School of Engineering, unfortunately, due to the rain, it was not possible to take a group photo on site. Therefore, we attempted to recreate the group photo using generative AI (Gemini / Nanobanana).
On this page, the first image shows the commemorative panel in the rain, the second image is a laboratory group photo taken last summer for the yearbook, and the additional image is the one generated by AI. Notably, even for members in the second row and beyond, facial expressions and positions on the steps are reproduced quite naturally, resulting in an intriguing outcome.
Although the weather was not favorable, being able to preserve a record of the day in this way will surely become a memorable experience.
