Environmental Design and Information Technology Laboratory (Fukuda Laboratory)
Society 5.0、すなわち「超スマート社会」の実現を目指し、人間・人工物・自然といった要素の関係性を総合的に設計する環境デザインの方法論を構築しています。また、AIをはじめとする情報通信技術（ICT）の高度な活用によって、環境デザインシステムの開発を進めるとともに、総合工学的視点から環境情報学の研究と教育にも取り組んでいます。 Aiming to realize Society 5.0—an ultra-smart society—we are developing methodologies for environmental design that comprehensively integrate the relationships among humans, artifacts, and nature. In parallel, we pursue the advancement of environmental design systems through the sophisticated use of information and communication technologies (ICT), including AI, and engage in research and education in environmental informatics from a comprehensive engineering perspective.
2026年度｜Fiscal Year 2026（2026.04.01 ～ 2027.03.31）
梁型（Xing Liang）氏 博士学位論文発表会「Toward Engineering-Valid BIM Reconstruction from Symbolic Floorplans: Synthetic Paired Data Generation, Metric-Constrained Reasoning, and IFC-Based Evaluation（記号化平面図からの工学的妥当性を有するBIM再構築に向けて：合成ペアデータ生成，メトリック制約推論，およびIFCベース評価）」（2026年6月）Dr. Wolfgang E. Lorenz 先生御一行（TU Wien（ウィーン工科大学））来研（2026年5月）CAADRIA 2026国際会議における記録写真。研究室からは、胡安琪（特任研究員）、陳思樺、周宇昕（以上、博士後期課程）が論文発表しました。陳さんはYoung CAADRIA Awardを受賞。また、福田教授はCAADRIAフェローとして挨拶しました。（2026年4月～5月）| Photos at the CAADRIA 2026 International Conference, Hsinchu, Taiwan. From our laboratory, Anqi Hu (Specially Appointed Researcher), Sihua Chen, and Yuxin Zhou (Ph.D. candidates) presented their papers. Ms. Chen received the Young CAADRIA Award. Additionally, Professor Fukuda delivered remarks as a CAADRIA Fellow.学部4年生の配属により6名が新たに加わり、歓迎会を開催。約25名が参加し、国内外のメンバーが交流するにぎやかなひとときとなりました（2026年4月）。｜Six new undergraduate students joined our lab, followed by a welcome party with around 25 participants from diverse backgrounds (April 2026).吹田キャンパスでは桜が満開間際となり、春の訪れを感じる季節となりました。（2026年3月～4月）｜At the Suita Campus, the cherry blossoms are almost in full bloom, signaling the arrival of spring. (March-April 2026)
研究室のリフォームを実施しました。M3棟への移転から10年以上が経過したことを機に、不要な物品の整理を行い、空間の再構成を進めました。特に、交流の中心となるダイニングスペースでは、老朽化していた床材からフローリングへとDIYで改修しました。機能性と居心地の向上を図り、研究・交流の双方を支える環境づくりを進めています。（2025年夏～）｜We have renovated our research lab. More than 10 years have passed since we moved to Building M3, so we took the opportunity to declutter and reorganize the space. In particular, we renovated the dining area, which is the heart of our community, by replacing the old flooring with new hardwood flooring through DIY. We are working to improve both functionality and comfort, creating an environment that supports both research and collaboration. (Summer 2025 onwards)

Reffat 先生（University of Nottingham Ningbo China（UNNC: 宁波诺丁汉大学））来研（2026年3月）卒業式・修了式：M2の皆さんと｜Graduation and Completion Ceremonies (March 2026): With the M2 students（2026年3月）Dr. Immanuel Koh 先生（Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD)）来研（2026年3月）福島第一原子力発電所 視察（2026年3月）（出典：東京電力ホールディングス）英知を結集した原子力科学技術・人材育成推進事業「耐放射線性を有するレーザスキャナとAI・画像処理による3Dモデリング法の開発」研究室学生メンバー（2026年2月）卒業論文発表会を無事終えて、記念撮影（2026年2月）清華大学深圳国際研究生院（Tsinghua SIGS）のLU, Shuai（呂師）准教授研究チーム来研（2025年11月）ゼミ旅行: スポーツ大会（バドミントン、バレーボール、ドッジボールで盛り上がりました）＆BBQ大会（2025年11月）EXPO 2025 大阪・関西万博 オランダパビリオン設計者・トーマス・ラウ氏講演会に参加（2025年9月）eCAADe 2025 国際会議での論文発表、トルコ・アンカラ中東工科大学にて。（2025年9月）高校生オープンキャンパス「AI、XR（デジタルツイン）、ドローン体験と研究室見学」 研究室の概要説明の後、カメラ画像を基にした3次元再構成、ドローン（写真）、スマートフォンを用いたARシステムを順に体験して頂きました。（2025年8月）全体ゼミ。通常は、学部4年と博士前期課程、及び、博士後期課程がそれぞれでゼミを実施しています。今回は、特任研究員も交えて全員が発表し互いの研究内容の理解に努めました。（2025年7月）研究室集合写真（2025年7月）（一財）阪神高速先進技術研究所 震災資料保管庫 見学会（2025年5月）
