Climate
During the conference at the venue, the highest temperature will be around 30 degrees Celsius and the lowest will be around 24 degrees Celsius. The weather varies and it may be humid. Bring your umbrella.
Attire
The Japanese government has initiated the “Cool Biz” campaign since 2005 to reduce the energy consumption and emission of carbon dioxide, recommending to set the summer office temperature as 28 degrees Celsius and no ties to wear.

- Suit, long or short-sleeved shirt, and no ties.
- Jacket, long or short-sleeved shirt, pants, and no ties.
- Long-sleeved shirt, pants, and no ties.
- Short-sleeved shirt, pants, and no ties.
- Polo shirts are OK.
- T-shirts, tank tops, half pants, short pants, sandals, or no socks are NOT recommended.
Please note that the room temperature may become lower than 28 degrees Celsius depending on the situation. Bring your jacket just in case.
