REGISTRATION

Now, the registration can be conducted at this website for all participants. Full registration fee must be paid per each paper. An author who is responsible for paying the paper must pay the full registration fee whether he or she is a student or not. In order for the paper to be included in the proceedings, the full registration fee must be paid by March 7, 2016.

Please note that if you are paying registration fees for multiple papers, you must conduct the registration procedure multiple times. If a student is going to be a presenter of a paper and his or her advisor wants to pay the registration fee instead of the student, the student must conduct the registration and the payment must be done by the advisor. For each time, you should fill out the Paper Number, Paper Title, and the Presenter Name. The registration process for ICCCBE2016 is supported by JTB Western Japan, Corporation.

For those who would like to pay by bank transfer, first, you must make your registration, then, send your email to JTB Western Japan, Corp., following the instruction.

VISA

Those who need VISA to enter Japan must first register and pay your registration fee in full. Following your registration, please fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form and send it to
icccbe2016@see.eng.osaka-u.ac.jp before April 25, 2016.
Then, we will reply to you within a few days by email. If you will not receive any email messages from us about this matter, please let us know.
